This delightful ORIGINAL cocktail recipe features rum, lemon juice, and Domaine de Canton - a ginger liqueur! 🍹 Ingredients 2 ounces Domaine de Canton 2 ounces rum 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed White of 1 egg (optional) Garnish: Lemon wheel Steps Add Domaine de Canton, rum, lemon juice, and egg white to shaker. Dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice. Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass. Cheers! 🥂Drink Responsibly!

Exiting the Narrows of Strangford Lough and crossing the Bar mouth to head out into the Irish Sea is always exciting when you have wind verse tide. The passage was out in this years Ardglass Race hosted by East Down Yacht Club was no different. J109 GTR powered through the biggest seas which were breaking over the deck at there steepest point.
