Yay. We are finally setting sail from West Palm Beach to Grand Bahama Island in Northern Bahamas. We managed to get our paper to leave the US stamped at the airport, received our Covid negative test results, applied to the Bahamas Health Visa, got accepted and paid for it. We only have 5 days from the date of testing to get to the Bahamas so that's why we're leaving tonight. The wind is going to be light but hopefully we get a little more. For my birthday aboard @HQ2Charters we invited a local friend who also happens to be an AMAZING cook (only beaten by his wife!). After a night of liming he wanted to cook up some Trinidadian Callaloo for our international crew to try, with people there from Australia, the UK, South Africa, Sweden and the Netherlands.
