Cortos crear
We adopted Basil a few months ago. As far as anyone knows, he never had a home until now. He was fed as a stray in Kamloops last winter and had an injured leg. He was trapped and taken to the local shelter. Somehow he then made his way down to Vancouver where we met him at the local SPCA and brought him to his new home, W. Grebe. He is settling in just fine to life on the water. You see plenty more of Basil in future episodes. #BeLikeBasil #sailingcats #boatcat

Ieri alle 2:00 di notte abbiamo concluso la manovra d’ormeggio di Julia. Inutile dire cos’è successo poco dopo. 😴 Questa mattina freschi di 6 ore di sonno abbiamo iniziato la giornata lavorativa con un panorama da togliere il fiato. Affezionati alle Tobago Cays e a Barbuda, qui il podio delle top spiagge non può che aumentare a tre. Isola Saona. Ci rimettiamo in marcia dopo pranzo e percorriamo 20-25 miglia, per fermarci a Casa de Campo per fare dogana. Veleggiata serena, all’ombra dell’isola che ci protegge dalle onde oceaniche. Corriamo veloci a bordo di Julia, la barca nata a La Spezia, che normalmente galoppa sul mar Adriatico e che quest’anno è partita per diventare grande. E noi con lei.
