Finally! The Wild Thing 100 grapevine helped us capture her arriving through Sydney Heads this morning (Sunday), this time with her sails up. Sailing down from Queensland over the last 24 hours, her AIS showed her clocking some solid speeds. The first day of the SLYC two day event was sailed under grey skies with big breeze. The crew on the the 1/4 Tonner Purple Haze where hiking out hard in big breeze on week 1 of the frosties regatta. The lively little boat looks great going to windward in gusty conditions. The team at bottom up boats hope you are enjoying the footage from the final regatta of the 2024 sailing season.
