Back to the Cannes Yachting Festival 2021 for a special show. On the programme: a visit on board the new Beneteau Gran Trawler 62, the discovery of the Outremer 55 sailing catamaran, the new 2022 outboards and notably the incredible V12 from the American Mercury. Other sailors advised us to visit the 2 islands below Cannes, because it was so idyllic. You would be very protected from wind and swell on the 'Plateau du milieu' = between the 2 islands, where it was only 3 meters deep and a good sandy bottom. in this crystal clear water the azure color of the Mediterranean Sea was clearly visible. It was indeed beautiful! Here's a movie filmed with a drone as we lay at anchor (thank you Marco Clazin!). You see, we weren't the only boat this summer ;)
