Ci svegliamo in piscina. Una piscina di un blu che sembra fluorescente. Questa mattina ho 4 chiamate schedulate nel giro di 4 ore, riunioni a noi! Cami invece si sveglia un po’ assonnata e decide di fare un tuffo per ritrovare la produttività. Una sveglia fresca, azzurra. Qualcosa che ti fa ritrovare energia anche se non passava di lì.. Si cambia marcia! Tutti e due ci dedichiamo anche a progetti comuni a cui collaboriamo. Facciamo ragionamenti, mangiamo pranzo e continuiamo a lavorare fino alle 18. Sale vento, sale onda.. stiamo qui? Sì, dovrebbe girare più tardi! E così succede, il vento cala e l’onda si placa. Che pace. Stelle, silenzio e weekend alle porte. Quello che ci voleva per concludere la giornata! Ci vediamo domani dove scopriremo anche noi che faremo, i piani non sono ancora definiti! Domani decideremo. In this video we’re sailing upwind in 35+ knots of breeze in Johnstone Strait during the VanIsle360 race with a double-reefed main sail and storm jib. A crew member is on the foredeck securing the #3 jib we had previously been flying in the short video https://youtube.com/shorts/VRAEp8M49Y4, but ripped in half. The head literally ripped right off. He is wearing a harness and tether! The sky is completely blue, but everybody is still completely soaked from the spray. Lots of sails were destroyed in that leg, including the #3 jib that is now on the foredeck.
