ℹ️ Who’s the 1 Toothy Drifter Divers Never Expect? While you may see that big beautiful Green Moray gliding towards you it is her babies you will likely never see. Hatching from tiny eggs of about 1mm, Green Moray begin the first 8 months of their life as ribbon-shaped larvae who drift among the water column where they feed and are often preyed upon. This converted Admiralty Launch vessel is moored on a residential berth in the middle of Greenland dock conveniently located between London Bridge and Docklands on the jubilee and overground lines and nestled in a vibrant boating and local community. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom home or a great place to work from home the combination of saloon wheelhouse, galley, lounge and cabins offers great flexibility in the use of the spaces. It has has a split level with the saloon seating and dining table on the upper level midships with access to the lounge towards the back, and to the galley master cabin and shower room to the front. The lounge has a wood burning stove and wall mounted tv creating a more snug like layout with side windows and double back door access to the canvased deck space, which is useful for storing equipment and logs for the fireplace. This room has a sofa bed so could be the master bedroom or the lounge / guest bedroom. The clever layout of the brightly painted galley has a full size fridge freezer, 4 hob gas cooker and lots of easily accessible storage. The master cabin double bed and under bed storage is located towards the front of the boat. Porthole windows and opening roof lights add charm and detail to the room. The engine room is located under the wheel house saloon in the centre of the boat, containing tanks, electrics batteries etc. Located on a residential mooring in a well run and popular marina, the sale price of boat includes the 10% of selling price payable to Southwark Council for the transfer of the residential licence fee. The boat can be sold with out the licence and off the mooring and the sale price would be adjusted accordingly.

Last night I bumped into somebody who regularly watches the “Yachts For Sale” YouTube channel. “What was that beautiful yacht you filmed recently?” he asked, “the one with the blue hull?” “You must be talking about MERELEY I” I replied…and in fact that was exactly the yacht he was referring to! HOT LAB did a fantastic job of both the exterior and the interior design of this yacht, and AES did an equally superb job of putting the vessel together. I have no doubt that my friend Deniz Kaymaz together with Northrop & Johnson will find a buyer for her soon 😁
