Sunset sea views are one of our absolute favourite things about cruising, and a real plus for choosing a balcony cabin. But even when we are sailing with an ocean/sea view or even in an inside cabin we do everything we can to drink in those end of the day rays while relaxing on deck or in a bar/lounge.

This is the second day after the tsunami at my marina in southern California. Note that the tide is rushing out (compared to the normal flow). In June 2022 we chose to scrape and grind our hull down to the original gel coat. It was hot, it was hard work and yes it was worth it. Flashback to Preveza, Greece working on the hull and knowing it was all going to be worth it.
