I was at Catalina Harbor on the "Hawaii side" of Catalina Island about 25 miles off the coast from Los Angeles. As I walked towards the Pacific, the fog started to roll in off the ocean. It rolled past "the pregnant lady" ridge and up the canyon on the opposite side of the harbor. A very beautiful but eerie sit sight. First time out in my Bristol 34 Racer/Cruiser Yacht! Check it out! Letting the sails (one of them...) out for a short run.. a test, if you will...
