This week I visited Antalya, where the ARES shipyard held the launching ceremony for their magnificent 62 meter cruising ketch "SIMENA". È importante che anche i bambini e i ragazzi che praticano sport agonistici (e non) mangino bene e in modo sano. Ma senza rinunciare al gusto...perché siamo pur sempre bambini!!! A me piace cucinare da solo e sperimentare gusti nuovi. E a voi?
