There are now six twin-hulled models (from 33 to 46 feet) and we got to discover the brand new Invincible 36, unveiled at MIBS. Thomas Wieners, the boss of the shipyard, has drawn on his experience in the nautical, aviation and automotive industries to guarantee a very high quality of construction (12-year warranty). The hull has a raised chine, a narrow but deep tunnel, a wave-piercing system and very steep bows - all features that have proven their worth on the open sea. The deck plan adopts a center console with a particularly sophisticated helm station. I don't think the center turning lane is intended for bypassing this much traffic. When I get up to the light you can see the break in the white line where cars are supposed to enter for turning. This guy is lucky someone didn't pull out into the turning lane as he came up.
