Combining the South Coast and Green Tech Boat Shows to bring you global power and sail brands, new innovative eco-friendly products, and all at the same great venue of Ocean Village Marina in Southampton! deI used 15 herbs. Normally each family in Ibiza have they own recipe. And it can be from 7 till 21 herbs. But everyone tells it have to be odd ( so no divide by 2). And the best time to collect herbs is in May or June. I used rosemary, marjoram, frigola, rue, fennel, anise, juniper 2 types, mint, peppermint, salvia, oregano, lemon and bay leafs, lemon zest and anise liqueur.
