When the USGS came to us looking for a survey vessel for their Woods Hole operations, our fabrication division was up to the task, and delivered a vessel built to handle the agency’s important and challenging work. This 26’ aluminum vessel was launched this summer as part of our growing fleet of workboats. This optional excursion combines walking, hiking, swimming, and canyoneering in a spectacular location; the Cetina Valley, located near Omis on the mainland of Croatia. This impressive river and valley are home to many adrenaline-inducing activities, including river rafting, zip-lining and of course, canyoning! Cliffs in the Canyon can reach up to 180 meters high, where you can enjoy amazing views out over the valley, jump from rocks into splash pools below and canyon down the river with your body!
