Over the long weekend of May 17, 18 and 19, no fewer than 30 owners’ rendezvous were held simultaneously all around the world (well, almost simultaneously, ignoring the time difference...). In all, 300 Lagoons and 1,500 crew celebrated this anniversary. Is our logo a cheap ripoff of Sailing La Vagabonde? Did we use their old wooden helm as a circle? We actively follow more than 80 other sailing channels and combined they use almost every part of a boat, so, it is difficult to find something sailing related :-) But none of them uses the instrument a sailor stares at the most on watch during a passage...the wind indicator. The problem with ALL wind indicators is that they discriminate against Catamarans! So, we decided to speak up for the minority group :-) We broke the monohull's nose to form two hulls ;-) go catamarans! It is the real, and on scale, top view of the Leopard 45 Catamaran.
