Meet The Scrawled Filefish #aluterusscriptus is also known as the #broomtail #filefish or scribbled leatherjacket. They are unusual-looking fishes and are also masters of camouflage. They are able to rapidly change colors to blend into their local environment. The #Scrawledfilefish is not a common fish and is not often seen. On white sandy bottoms, they are able to turn white to match the sand and use a similar coloration when swimming in deeper blue water. Over #reefs, the color ranges from yellow to brown which makes them hard to spot, but this may possibly be a result of their excellent camouflaging abilities. But we were lucky enough to finally meet them. Hey, why not join us and find your own unforgettable #marinelife findings to add to your bucket list? With spots starting from just $216 per person deposit, itโs an adventure thatโs calling your name! โ๏ธ info@LaGaligoLiveaboard.com ๐ฌ +62 812 2000 2025 (WhatsApp) ๐ www.LaGaligoLiveaboard.com ๐ Trip.LaGaligoLiveaboard.com (Schedule & Rates) ~~~~ #scubadiving #scuba #diving #diver #liveaboard #divetrips
We are enclosing and extending our wheelhouse before winter for protect and so we can move the mainsheet from the top of the aft cabin to above the wheelhouse (better safety and a better sheeting angle). We have nearly finished the prototype/winter hack frame. We are now living aboard our Rival 38 Centre Cockpit full-time while finishing a refit so we can launch ASAP. We have a frequently updated blog at https://sustainablesailing.net with membership options and a weekly newsletter at ยฃ2 per month for Early Bird Supporters. Our free Sustainable Sailing book is at: https://sustainablesailing.codeberg.page/ Or visit our shop at https://sustainablesailing.teemill.com/ for great hoodies, t-shirts and bags. When we bought Vida in August 2019 she was in a very tired and damp condition with all original equipment and fittings (much of it not working). We have removed all the gas, diesel and paraffin equipment, and are installing all-electric (motor, cooking etc).
