This has become my longevity laboratory and a base from which I am exploring one simple question: What helps people remain healthy, independent, and engaged well beyond the average healthy lifespan? It has been a very long time since my brothers and I all went sailing. This was the perfect day with gusty winds that forced us to put two reefs in.
