Milne, Winnie the Pooh I’m reading The Tao of Pooh by Benjamin Hoff at the moment and found it really eye-opening and #wholesome. Highly recommend reading the book or just generally taking some time to reset your mindset and start enjoying the ✨NOW✨. (The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle is of course another great book if you’re interested in this topic and want to change your #mindset). What’s your take on this? Are you soaking in the little things and living in the moment, or are you caught up chasing future dreams that haven’t happened yet? On a vécu 1 mois sur ce catamaran Mcgregor de 36 pieds… et on a vite appris à se contenter de l’essentiel. On cuisine, on dort et on se cache du soleil… sur le dinghy !
