We are about to set off on the delivery of a Lagoon FP44 catamaran from La Rochelle to Athens. Weâre hoping for favorable conditions to cross the Bay of Biscay without too many challenges. The plan is to reach the Spanish coast first, then carefully choose the best weather windows to continue the passage safely and efficiently.

After kindly being gifted a cook book by a Trinidadian vendor at the Central Market in Port of Spain I've been practicing cooking different local dishes. It's a style of cooking that's jam packed with spices and fresh ingredients that pack a punch in terms of flavour! I know how seriously the people of Trinidad and Tobago take their cooking so wanted to make sure I could do a decent effort before I shared how it went!
