An inquisitive Humpback whale delights the passengers of Silversonic at Agincourt Reef on the Great Barrier Reef. Every southern hemisphere winter Humpback whales migrate north from Antarctica up the east coast of Australia on their way to their tropical breeding grounds. Race One of the annual narrows series on Strangford Lough got under way under cloudy skies with a moderate breeze GTR worked to leeward of its main competitors before hitting the pin with speed which allowed them to punch out into the stronger tide which helped the leewbow the three boats to windward of them. It did not take long for them to cast a wind shadow on the boats to windward of them allowing them to put the bow down and race off towards mark 1 in the lead..
