Dicen que ceñir es de pobres y seguramente lo será. Pero cuando uno nace así, le gustan las sensaciones fuertes y la ceñida es la emoción de la vela. Unos buenos bordos en ceñida, o una buena estrategia para llegar del punto A al punto B, son a mi entender el secreto de una buena navegación a vela. Quizás sea el motivo por el que me gusta navegar.

Staremo in porto fino a giovedì. Va bene così perché abbiamo dei lavoretti della barca da fare ed essere su un pontile ci agevola il lavoro. Oggi per esempio sono stata issata in testa d’albero per risolvere l’arcano della drizza. Il problema era (rullo di tamburi) il grillo! Ciò significa non solo che la drizza è sana, ma anche che non dovremo diventare matti a far passare una sondina dentro l’albero per issare una drizza nuova. Che notizia grandiosa. Il lavoro procede bene per entrambi, piano piano stiamo trovando il nostro equilibrio di spazi e tempi in cui stare al computer. Vi faccio un esempio. Il mio lavoro per lo più gira intorno alle parole. Scrivo cose, parlo con persone. Ho mansioni che mi richiedono un alto impegno creativo e la fregatura della creatività è che non viene a comando. Anzi, delle volte più ti sforzi più quella gira al largo. Come da copione, poco prima di pranzo mi sono accorta che la mia produttività stava calando, la mia attenzione era attratta da altro e le parole proprio non mi venivano. Perciò ho preso in mano la situazione. Mi sono alzata, ho preso la canna dell’acqua e ho pulito tutta la barca. Piedi scalzi, jeans rimboccati, secchio d’acqua insaponata e olio di gomito. Dopo quel lavoro, durante il quale ho staccato la mente e ossigenato il corpo, il risultato è stato duplice: una rinnovata grinta lavorativa e una barca lucida e splendente 😄 In serata abbiamo fatto amicizia con Jessie e Olivier, due ragazzi in procinto di fare l’ARC, a fine novembre. Come al solito, è stato bello rispolverare l’inglese (c’è sempre da imparare) e contaminarsi con esperienze e conoscenze. Dulcis in fundo, è arrivata Paola, mia mamma! Starà con noi i prossimi giorni e insieme passeremo Gibilterra. Presto arriverà anche Claudio, il papà di Andre, e la ciurma sarà al completo 💪 A domani!
