Vi har nu l├дmnat Panamabukten bakom oss och f├╢rsta etappen bj├╢d p├е tuff kryss i stampig sj├╢. Men mitt i allt lyckades vi f├еnga en makrill som blev en fantastisk middag ombord. Under nattpasset h├╢rde jag valar och delfiner ute i m├╢rkret, en s├еdan d├дr stund som g├╢r att man gl├╢mmer b├еde s├╢mnbrist och motvind. Morgonen bj├╢d p├е lugnare vindar men nu har vinden kommit tillbaka och vi seglar vidare i 5тАУ6 knop utan motor, precis som vi vill ha det.
