Che poi tra tutti i posti in cui rimanere fermi per condizioni meteo, qui ci va più che bene. Siamo in una baia dove il silenzio è profondissimo. Ci svegliamo sentendo le onde che in lontananza baciano la costa. Questo isolotto che abbiamo davanti ci offre un riparo perfetto allo scirocco che imperversa in questi giorni. Siamo ormeggiati qui e nessuno ci considera, forse proprio perché non c’è nessuno. Se non fosse per quel barchino di local che ieri è venuto a riscuotere il pagamento della boa (sì, sono ancora operativi). Ci accorgiamo di quanto lavoro ci sia da smaltire in questi giorni e siamo quasi fortunati di dover star fermi per poterci dedicare a fondo ai progetti. Una volta tornati entreremo in un vortice che, secondo me, ancora oggi non riusciamo a quantificare per dimensioni. E in tutto questo non dimentichiamoci mai che arriva il Q4 (che per chi lavora nel marketing sa bene quanto sia gravoso lavorativamente parlando: l’ultimo trimestre dell’anno ha un black friday, un lancio nuovo prodotto, due fiere e tutta la preparazione al Natale. Aiuto). Ma torniamo a noi: domani potrebbe aprisi una finestra e, se così si confermasse, ci muoveremmo per Sv Ante, una baia a sud dell’isola di Silba, una chicca! Da lì c’è una splendida passeggiata nel bosco per raggiungere la città. Vedremo se sarà domani il giorno per farla o dovremo farla l’anno prossimo. Lunedì si sale verso nord! I dag markerer 1 år siden, vi sejlede fra Aarhus. Vi troede, at vi vinkede farvel til hamsterhjulet. Det gjorde vi sådan set også – altså det typiske 8-16-hamsterhjul. I stedet skabte vi vores eget hjul i vores eget hjem og lille samfund. Længe var jeg lidt påpasselig med at bruge ordet "hamsterhjul", men en veninde sagde til mig, inden vi rejste, at det skulle jeg ikke tænke over. Hun var glad i sit hamsterhjul. Og det er jo nok dét, der tæller. Det giver stof til eftertanke. For et år siden holdte vi en stor fest med venner og familie. Alle vores kære. Det er en fantastisk dag for os at tænke tilbage på. Det sidste år har budt på mange nye bekendtskaber, og med mange af dem også mere ansvar, end vi måske havde regnet med. Der har været udfordringer, bekymringer og fejl undervejs, men egentlig har vi aldrig betvivlet, at vi havde gang i noget rigtigt og ægte. Vi har brugt det sidste år på trial and error. Hver dag kommer vi et skridt nærmere den balance, vi leder efter i livet. I vores hamsterhjul. Vi prøver stadig at sætte farten ned for vores hjul, så vi kan leve langsommere. Finde glæde i små ting og ro ved, at et hjem ikke nødvendigvis er et sted, men en tilstand, der opstår, når det lykkes at leve lidt langsommere.

The video shows Thales's accessibility UI features with a familiar structure & flow, with first-in-industry intuitive gesture controls mirroring how individuals with vision impairment control their own devices. For hard of hearing or deaf passengers, Thales is introducing the first in industry Signing Avatar that can sign in multiple languages and is fully customizable. The avatar signs in complement to Closed Captions and provides assistance for cabin notifications and video on demand translations. During the APEX/IFSA Awards in 2024, Thales was recognized by the Crystal Cabin Award (CCA) Association for Best Customer Journey Experience on behalf of our suite of IFE accessibility solutions.
