If your suffering with seasickness these gingerbread cookies will not only be tasty but they will settle your stomach! RECIPE BELOW. Harry bakes his famous gingerbread cookies while on a sail and shares them with his family. They are delicious and warm and he loves baking them! INGREDIENTS 125g butter, softened 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup Golden Syrup 1 egg yolk 2 1/2 cups plain flour 1tbsp Powdered Ginger 1tsp mixed spice 1tsp bicarb of soda METHOD 1. Preheat oven 180 degrees ( 160 fan forced) 2. Cream butter and sugar using electric beater 3. Add egg yolk and golden syrup and mix 4. Add flour , ginger, mixed spice and bicarb and combine 5. Roll into a ball and leave in fridge for 20mins 6. roll out dough between 2 pieces of baking paper 7. cut lots of shapes out using cookie cutters, we use gingerbread men, hearts and a star! 8. Bake in oven for 8-10mins. less if you want soft cookies and longer of you like them hard. 9. Once baked let cool for 10mins on tray then move to cooling rack 10. La conferenza di presentazione della stagione sportiva 2015 dello Yacht Club Costa Smeralda ha rappresentato l'occasione per fare una chiacchierata con il commodoro YCCS Riccardo Bonadeo, l'uomo che nel 1983 fu a capo del consorzio di aziende che sostennero la campagna di America's Cup di Azzurra, che rese popolare la vela in Italia. Sappiamo della vecchia passione di Bonadeo per il giro del mondo, così gli abbiamo chiesto della possibilità, per un team italiano, di prendere parte alla prossima edizione della Volvo Ocean Race.
