In today's episode of Sailing into Nirvana, Cyndi throws down the gauntlet for an epic catfishing battle right from the stern of the sailboat. It is one thing to catch them, but it’s another thing entirely to clean and cook them in our tiny galley while out on the water. Watch as we battle it out to see who has the best luck on the lake, followed by a full catch and cook session. There is nothing quite like the taste of fresh catfish sizzled to perfection on the back of a boat! In this video, we cover: The intense catfishing challenge (Who won?) and some great step-by-step catfish cooking. Thank you for watching!
