Flying My Dog for the First Time 🐾 | Preparing for Airplane Camping Adventures In this video, I take my dog flying in my airplane for the very first time to prepare him for airplane camping this summer. As a pilot and professional skydiver, I want to make sure my dog is completely comfortable with every part of the flying experience before we head out on longer aviation adventures together. We go step-by-step through the process of introducing him to general aviation: Sitting in the cockpit with the engine off Starting the engine and getting used to the noise Taxiing around the airport And finally, a short flight around the pattern He crushed the ground portion like a pro, but once we took off, he definitely got more nervous in the air. I kept the flight short and smooth so we could build up his confidence gradually. Round The Island Race with First Class Sailing is an annual event. Set off with over 1000 other racing yachts to circumnavigate the Isle of Wight. Round The Island Race is organised by the Island Sailing Club in Cowes. This is a one-day yacht race around the Isle of Wight. An island situated off the south coast of England. With over 1,000 yachts and around 15,000 sailors, it is one of the largest yacht races in the world and the fourth largest participation sporting event in the UK after the London Marathon and the Great North and South Runs. From Olympic gold medallists and world champions to amateur crews and those trying their hand at racing for the first time, this really is a race for all With First Class Sailing you can take part and experience this top racing event with no experience required.
