In the middle of our coffee and clove plantation we’ve built a dreamy bamboo dorm where we wish you’ll be able to meet like minded travellers. We’ve also installed tents elevated on wood decks inspired by the glamping trend. You’ll go to bed to the sound of the river and wake up with a view!

After trying a range of home cooked dishes and practicing cooking Trinidadian cuisine I'm starting to learn the flavour profile!
