Day 2 of the owner's event Dragonfly Days 2024 offered a bit of wind and rain, but still some very nice sailing, during the Kangaroo Race. In the afternoon we had people visiting the Elvstrøm sail loft in Aabenraa, some people visiting the Dragonfly Yard and a seminar with Oceanvolt. In the evening we ended the day with another seminar, where our dealer from TAN Services in Dubai told about his trip from La Grande Motte, France to Dubai in a Dragonfly 40. Authentic street music sounds much better than the usual karaoke blasting in bars. Joe and Sophie try the disgusting durian - unless it is covered in alcohol and twice burned, it has small chance of being a likable fruit. The local should just agree to leave it alone and be friends. Finally, lots of feet are getting massaged, in the street. It’s cheap, but what’s even cheaper is getting a husband to do it for free :-)
