Day 2 of the owner's event Dragonfly Days 2024 offered a bit of wind and rain, but still some very nice sailing, during the Kangaroo Race. In the afternoon we had people visiting the Elvstrøm sail loft in Aabenraa, some people visiting the Dragonfly Yard and a seminar with Oceanvolt. In the evening we ended the day with another seminar, where our dealer from TAN Services in Dubai told about his trip from La Grande Motte, France to Dubai in a Dragonfly 40. We built the F4 Foiling Catamaran for Red Bull. They went on an epic adventure to foil from New York to Bermuda. They encountered 35-knot winds and waves up to 25 feet which hammered the "F4," a 46-foot foiling catamaran. Ideal foiling conditions out of New York turned treacherous for some of the world’s best sailors, who battled the elements for over 66 hours during a 662-mile (1,065km) open ocean journey.
