Life on board quickly settled into a rhythm of swimming, playing on the catamaran's trampoline and relaxing while watching the sunset. Ashore, the children loved meeting the monkeys of Koh Phi Phi Don - even if these macaques, who come down from the surrounding jungle to scavenge for food from the tourists, can be a bit unpredictable. While anchored out in my sailboat for months at a time I sustain myself through spearfishing. And no fish is more prized to me than the Permit. A super powerful fish with a crazy fight on it! My spear was not attached to anything. So if I let go, there would go my polespear and the fish. Check out this crazy fight!

We are sailing into the night with an almost full moon and barely no wind. Actually we are motoring. Heading to West Palm a more or less 250Nm journey from Jacksonville and we do 5-6Nm per hour. #shorts
