Toni and I boarded Moments in Time with Captain Mike for our first shakedown sail. It was a morning of flooding rains and stiff breezes. We found this and that issues which we were able to resolve but as the breezes reached 30+ knot winds and the waves turned the minutes to hours, we headed back to Liberty Marine satisfied with the day’s progress. I'm putting some videos online of the next refit that I'm reluctantly performing on Voyager. You can find them on the YT page for the Podcast. This was the first 2 days in the yard, getting ready for the mast to come down in preparation for the keel coming off. Everything has gone fine so far but ive had to do some unexpected fibreglass work which was obviously a joy. Cheers! #sailing
