Notte a motore, che significa notte di riposo. 😴 Eh si, unpopolar opinion: niente vento significa niente onde, che significa barca ferma e sonno assicurato 😄 Comunque l’alba arriva in fretta, e con lei un filo di vento. Prima genoa, poi gennaker. Manteniamo una media di 140 miglia al giorno circa. Con il gennaker manteniamo comunque i nostri dignitosissimi 5 nodi di velocità. Domenica di riposo, di giochi di società, di chiacchiere e relax. Qualcuno legge, qualcun altro sonnecchia, altri due ancora sistemano cose (oggi il tangone). I prossimi due giorni è previsto che non siano molto diversi da oggi, poco vento e alta pressione. Noi procediamo verso nord-est, inseguendo il vento, seppur godendoci ugualmente uno scorcio di vita un po’ più lenta. Buona domenica a tutti ⛵️💙 C.

In Bocas del Toro, every encounter feels serendipitous, and meeting the charismatic and kind-hearted Italian, Maddalena, was no exception. As we chatted, she shared that the signature dish of her hometown in Lombardy is none other than the iconic Risotto alla Milanese with Ossobuco. While traditionally considered a winter dish in Italy, enjoying it in the Caribbean’s "winter" warmth of 24°C was a special treat. Imagine creamy, silky rice infused with rich homemade broth, the unmistakable aroma of saffron, refreshing white wine, and a generous sprinkle of authentic Parmigiano Reggiano (of course—what self-respecting Italian wouldn’t have Parmesan onboard, even in the Caribbean?). Paired with tender ossobuco, slow-cooked to perfection, this dish became an unforgettable memory. Maddalena also teased me with stories of other risotto variations, but those will have to wait for another day. Hacemos un bucle en los cabos dejando por debajo la parte de los chicotes. Introducimos el seno por el bucle y como no tenemos la posibilidad de encapillar por los chicotes, damos la vuelta rodeando la gaza
