We have bought a parasailor for our journey along the westcoast of Europe (from Belgium to Portugal) for the coming months. This is our practice session on the Haringvliet in the Netherlands, first time lancing the parasailor above our catamaran! Powered by www.bomarine.net

I've added a 3 position switch, see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZ5N5t-v990 I've had a couple of cars turn in front of me while on my bike. Fortunately I've been able to avoid them so far. You'd think a big bright headlight would get you seen, but it's almost invisible to the other cars. I bought these lights on ebay for just under $15 including shipping. Took me half an hour to hook them up and now I do feel a lot more visible. The lights can also be set to flash at the same time, but I feel this is more visible.
