Trip to the Atlantic Highlands in New Jersey in serious fog. In order to get there, I had to cross New York Harbor. With less than 100m of visibility, not a fun undertaking. There were approximately 20 large vessels all moving at different speeds and heading into the harbor. I never saw one. Without radar it would have been extremely dangerous.

This morning, while sailing out of Martinique, we were escorted by a pod of dolphins! They swam and jumped around our bow for a while before leaving us… Seeing dolphins while sailing never gets old! 🐬⛵ #sailing #caribbean #sailingaroundtheworld #sailingcouple

È importante che anche i bambini e i ragazzi che praticano sport agonistici (e non) mangino bene e in modo sano. Ma senza rinunciare al gusto...perché siamo pur sempre bambini!!! A me piace cucinare da solo e sperimentare gusti nuovi. E a voi?
