If you don't have a launching trolley then the simplest way to get your boat up and down the beach is with an inflatable roller like this. Of course, unlike a trolley, you can take it with you, just deflate it and roll it up. Obviously you really need two or three (but I just have one - for now!). Don't get one that is too short or the boat might roll off the end of it. Of course a wide, flat bottomed boat works best. I got mine from www.sailormall.net, search for pneumatic roller, not inflatable roller! Armel Tripon conserve sa belle 4e place dans la Route du Rhum, lancé à la poursuite du Safran de Marc Guillemot. Peu avant le départ de la course, à Saint-Malo, le skipper de For Humble Heroes, qui n'a pas couru le dernier Vendée Globe, donnait son avis sur la question de l'éventuel match retour.
