As it did with the 4.5L V6, Mercury has placed all common service points on the front of the 6.2L engine, including the engine oil dipstick, the oil filter, the oil fill point, the power steering pump and the outdrive lubricant reservoir. Most service specs are printed on a label on the front engine cover, and there’s a scan-able QR code for links to DIY service videos. https://velaboatworks.com/ We pulled the Vela 368 Catamaran out of the shop for a quick clean. At this stage, she's got high build primer on the gunnel cap. The console and helm seat are fastened in place. Now we are about to take her out for a spin to see how she rides with the extra weight.
