In this video, I answer the question of How many prefectures I have visited, and how I got there. I don`t keep track of numbers, but the question got me thinking. So I scoured the map and my various journals and realized I have only two prefectures to go before I visit all 47! And how I got there? Well: 39 by bicycle 33 by car 30 by train 16 by sailboat 10 by airplane 9 by ferry 3 by helicopter. I welcome the return of visitors to Japan. While the great cities of Japan have much to offer, I hope that the incoming visitors also discover the remote corners of Japan, which are rich in historical, cultural, geographical, aesthetic, and culinary treasures. It’s great to see that many of those communities are experiencing a renaissance as people of all ages are being lured by local authorities to move and set up businesses. Der Regen ließ im Tagesverlauf nach, die Sonne kam zum Abend heraus und auch der Wind war so stark, wie lange nicht mehr bei der Mittwochsregatta. Das Feld schob sich dicht zusammen und auf dem 2. Raumwindkurs gaben die Segelyachten unter Spinaker, Genaker oder Code Zero ihr bestes, um nicht aus dem Ruder zu laufen. Bei noch 2 verbleibenden Wettfahrten sieht es für die hier abgebildete J-88 Nemo mit dem 3. Platz in der Tageswertung recht gut im Kampf um den Gesamtsieg der diesjährigen Rennserie aus. Ggf. ist es aufgrund möglicher Streicher schon entschieden, wer das genau wissen möchte, muss sich die Gesamtergebnisliste bei https://www.wscev.de/MitReg/2023 oder bei manage2sail ansehen und mal den Taschenrechner bemühen. Ein knappes Fotofinish mit dem 2. Platz in der Tageswertung für J-97 Monk (hier nicht im Bild) bedeutet das vorläufig beste Saisonresultat. Und natürlich Glückwunsch dem Tagessieger SY ASPASIA.
