When this first showed up on our Instagram, our first thought was that is was probably some kind of skam, super hard to do and you would probably end up almost drowning.. Right, you are thinking the same thing right now - arenât you? But honestly, itâs just as easy as it looks! And if youâre like me, not super strong and tall - you might also find this easier than climbing up the ânormalâ way. Especially if you are alone and afraid the dinghy will tip over. In my defence I have always been able to do a back roll on the ground. So I might have had the technique already in me. But letâs break it down: 1. Grab the handles on the dinghy with your palms facing up. If you have a dinghy with a high bow, place yourself a bit more aft. 2. Stretch your legs straight out, and keep your head close to the dinghy. 3. Take a deep breath and get ready to get your head under water. 4. Pull your legs towards your stomach as much as you can (knees towards face). 5. Start rotating by stretching your legs, starting by unfolding them by the knees. This creates a kicking motion and of you time it right this motion will bring you straight into the dinghy. A few tips: âšBlow air out of your nose to not get water in it. âšYour best point of reference will be your hands, aim just above your hands when straightening your legs to get your motion in the right direction. âš Afraid your head will hit the dinghy? It wonât! Good luck! đđ»

Cuauhtémoc 90m. Mexican Navy training ship . 2 people die and 20 injured . What happened ? 17/5/25 The incident occurred around 8:20 p.m. local time as the ship was departing from New York's Pier 17, where it had been docked at the South Street Seaport Museum for five days of public viewing. The ship's masts - bedecked in lights - struck the bridge, breaking on impact and sending debris falling onto the vessel's deck. But the Cuauhtémoc was never supposed to approach the Brooklyn Bridge - it was moving in the "wrong direction," a senior city official with knowledge of the investigation told CNN. As it made its way out of the harbor, it was supposed to make a stop at a Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, fueling dock before heading out to sea on its way to Iceland, the official said. We pray for all crew of Cuauhtémoc - caption by @sailcharter @varlamov
