Castello di Cardona è probabilmente il fortress medioevale più importante nella provincia di La Catalogna. È situato su una collina che trascura il River Valley del Cardener e la città di Cardona. Il fortress inizialmente è stato costruito vicino Wilfred il peloso in 886. È in entrambi Romanesque e Gotico gli stili ed include il cosiddetto Sala Dorada e Dels Entresols del Sala. Durante quattordicesimo secolo, i duchi di Cardona sono venuto dalla famiglia più importante del Parte superiore di Aragon, che era in secondo luogo soltanto alla casa reale. A causa di questo, sono stati chiamati "re senza parti superiori„ poichè hanno avuti vasti territori in Catalogna, Aragone Valenciae legami dynastic con Castile, Il Portogallo, La Siciliae Napoli. Ciò presumibilmente ha aumentato l'importanza del forte. In 1714, anche dopo la a Bourbon il siege ha distrutto una buona parte delle pareti del fort, il garrison era uno dell'ultimo da cedere alle truppe del bourbon che hanno sostenuto Philip V. Poichè i bourbon ed i loro eredi continuerebbero a sopprimere l'identità nazionale di Catalonian, il forte è diventato significativo a nazionalismo di Catalonian. Oggi, il gioiello principale del fort è torre de la minyona (dal undicesimo secolo) una torretta che misura 15 tester di l'altezza e 10 tester di diametro. Ulteriormente, ci è la chiesa del romanesque di Sant Vicenç de Cardona adiacente al forte. Il forte attualmente è usato come a parador, o hotel di lusso gestito dallo stato. I was foil boarding off Jupiter Island and had the gopro in my kite lines. Looking back at the footage I found this little clip. The shark must have thought the foil was a ray or something. Any idea what kind of shark it is?

The first week for the season ending frosties regatta at SLYC was sailed under grey skies with big breeze. The crew on the Sigma 33 Squawk showed the rest of the YTC 2 yachts how to handle the spinnaker with ease. They setup to go deep and flew down the last run on the way to second place in Race 2.
