E' un centro storico e balneare molto frequentato e vivace, con molte iniziative. L'ormeggio al gavitello è stato agevole e, tutto sommato, comodo per arrivare alla spiaggia con il tender. Every time it's a magical experience: when you see dolphins appear next to your boat! In this case sailing the Bay of Biscay, close to Bordeaux, a group of 15 dolphins swam along with the catamaran, jumping and moving from one side of the ship to the other!

This video was taken from a Plage d'Essaouira in November 2023 to showcase the beautiful Global Surveyor at anchor near this vast, golden sandy beach located just outside the old town. Essaouira is a vibrant and lively place that functioned as Morocco's main port, exporting caravan goods to the rest the globe. The 10 day @gowestsailing adventure started in Gibraltar, we then sailed down the Moroccan coast to Agadir before we left for Canary Islands.
