E' un centro storico e balneare molto frequentato e vivace, con molte iniziative. L'ormeggio al gavitello è stato agevole e, tutto sommato, comodo per arrivare alla spiaggia con il tender. J Class Yacht Velsheda sailing in the J Class Newport Regatta hosted in Newport, RI June 15-19. Video from the 2011 J Class Newport Regatta. The event was certified as a gold level Clean Regatta.
