The J109 Going to Red head a slight lead over J109 Joker 2 heading into the first mark of the final race of Cork Week 2024. Both skipper were doing a good job of holding their hight while keeping speed as the battle to beat each other around the first mark. #shorts Here’s a dish I cooked up out at anchor. Ground chicken in a red chili sauce made from Fresno peppers, a sliver of habanero, gochujang, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, galangal, cilantro and vinegar. Topped off with some cut spinach and cilantro. No white bread and spam on this boat! This is the way I do boat food!
