Can a single object hold 20 years of waiting? For as long as I can remember, I’ve had one big, quiet dream. I’m a foodlover and cookbooks author, and my life revolves around preserving culinary heritage, authentic recipes, and the stories behind the food we eat. For two decades, I dreamed of owning a real, authentic Japanese Damascus steel knife.
