A rainy day in the Wrangell, Alaska shipyard with our 80’ steel schooner Alaskan Gypsy. After rescuing her from sinking in Ketchikan, I’m inside tackling the next challenge — demolishing the bathroom (head) to reach a badly corroded section of hull plating. It's time for the 2017 Para World Sailing Championships in Kiel, Germany. More than 80 sailors from 39 nations will compete over five days of competition. The event is being held at the Schilksee Olympic Centre, as part of the 2017 Kieler Woche.
