The Minch is an extremely unpredictable sea area off the Western coast of Scotland, known for its rapidly changing weather and choppy waters. This fascinating stretch of ocean is not only a test of seamanship but also a breathtaking experience for those who dare to navigate its depths. However, the lure of seeing the stunning Outer Hebrides, with their pristine beaches and rugged landscapes, was strong enough to motivate us to take the risk. So, we set sail across this fickle piece of water, filled with both excitement and a hint of apprehension, hoping for the best and ready to embrace whatever challenges this majestic sea might throw our way. With the wind in our sails and the horizon calling, we embarked on this unforgettable journey, eager to explore the beauty that awaited us on the other side.

Is our logo a cheap ripoff of Sailing La Vagabonde? Did we use their old wooden helm as a circle? We actively follow more than 80 other sailing channels and combined they use almost every part of a boat, so, it is difficult to find something sailing related :-) But none of them uses the instrument a sailor stares at the most on watch during a passage...the wind indicator. The problem with ALL wind indicators is that they discriminate against Catamarans! At-risk homeless children learn how to "Taste a Rainbow," as part of a nutrition course created by Party Girl Diet author Aprilanne Hurley as a registered Natural Foods Chef with First Lady Michelle Obama's Chefs Move to Schools Program, Hurley taught the parents at Weinberg Village Waimanelo on the Hawaiian island of Oahu how to cook with fresh, local ingredients for better health; and showed the children how much fun eating healthy can be by teaching "nutrition through color." In this short clip you get a peek at how exited the children were to "Taste a RAinbow." By the end of the day, the parents and children ate 9 colors through a beautifully prepared, healthy meal complete with fruit kabobs for dessert! Paloma reacciona a su clase de habilitación a vela. Es su primera experiencia real en un barco de vela. Le hace muchísima ilusión comprarse un velero y vivir a bordo momentos de calidad junto a su marido y sus dos hijos. Nos relata que el primer día fue frustrante y se le hizo corriente en contra. Pero le hago ver que su conocimiento y su buen hacer en este momento están muy lejos que cuando empezó con la teoría en noviembre. Sigue apasionada.
