One of my favorite things about visiting North Minerva Reef is seeing the large schools of steep head parrotfish. These brilliantly colored fish are beautiful. They are a bit shy but we got some decent video anyway.

LAMB PEKA SO MUCH LIKE A HANGI We can taste it just watching it. A must try while sailing in Croatia. It always takes us home, back to NZ, tastes so much like a hangi.
