On a crisp evening we had the pleasure of making homestyle New England staples for a think tank for the creative and technology spaces. Guests hailed from Africa, Inited States, and Japan. We made Atlantic Salmon with Dill Creme. Vegan Manhattan style Chowder. Black Pearl Clam Chowder. Pot Roast. Last but not least. Eaton Mess. Cool Timelapse the morning to mid-afternoon of July 5th, 2021 in SW Florida. Elsa is just south of Havana Cuba as I recorded this. This is actually a fairly small hurricane only about 150-160 miles wide so the outer edge of the storm is still a bit over 120 miles from us. It has been cool watching the clouds roll through, in, and build through the day.
