Once again, our Australian Shepherd dog Rose is finding her own entertainment as we work on our Leopard 45 catamaran in Trinidad. Last time it was water bottles, this time coconuts are her favorite toy! Luckily they're abundant around the boat, so it's easy enough to find a new one when she eventually rips it to pieces... It just goes to show that if there was ever a dog that was meant to live aboard a boat, it's her! Can't wait until we relaunch, and Rose gets to keep exploring the world by sea as the #1 good boat dog! There are now six twin-hulled models (from 33 to 46 feet) and we got to discover the brand new Invincible 36, unveiled at MIBS. Thomas Wieners, the boss of the shipyard, has drawn on his experience in the nautical, aviation and automotive industries to guarantee a very high quality of construction (12-year warranty). The hull has a raised chine, a narrow but deep tunnel, a wave-piercing system and very steep bows - all features that have proven their worth on the open sea.
