Vi har nu lĂ€mnat Panamabukten bakom oss och första etappen bjöd pĂ„ tuff kryss i stampig sjö. Men mitt i allt lyckades vi fĂ„nga en makrill som blev en fantastisk middag ombord. Under nattpasset hörde jag valar och delfiner ute i mörkret, en sĂ„dan dĂ€r stund som gör att man glömmer bĂ„de sömnbrist och motvind. Morgonen bjöd pĂ„ lugnare vindar men nu har vinden kommit tillbaka och vi seglar vidare i 5â6 knop utan motor, precis som vi vill ha det.
