It's no secret I love going to the Central Market in Port of Spain, the capital city of Trinidad & Tobago. Hailed by many live aboard yacht cruisers as one of the best fresh food markets in the Caribbean, we get almost all of our fresh produce from there. The shrimp is freshly caught so I buy some every week, but this time we got to try a giant king prawn, the biggest I've ever seen! Safe to say it was delicious! ๐ Le onde oceaniche Chiunque le abbia viste non puรฒ che ricordare enormi masse dโacqua che si spostano a ritmo di un immenso respiro. Io le osservo da quando abbiamo messo il naso fuori da Gibilterra e per me restano un bellissimo mistero. Che siano agitate o che siano calme, le onde dellโoceano ti trascinano con quella inesauribile calma a rallentare. A respirare. Cosรฌ alte che se passa una nave scompare completamente. Cosรฌ morbide che ci innalziamo e inabissiamo con loro quasi senza accorgercene. Sempre e comunque al loro ritmo. Di tutte queste miglia, ciรฒ che porterรฒ nel cuore accanto ai delfini bioluminescenti saranno queste colline blu, che tutto inghiottono e che tutto cullano. Che viaggio incredibile ๐
