Tras pensar que veníamos a San Blas (Panamá) cuando ya había acabado la época de "los CULO DE POLLO", hemos tenido el primero!??? Son tormentas con vientos huracanados circulando en sentido ciclónico al interior del meteoro, asociado a fuertes lluvias y a una baja de la presión atmosférica al nivel del mar!!! Casi ná!!!?? Over the past year I've been going shopping every week at the Central Market in Port of Spain. It's a fantastic local market with a huge range of quality seafood, meat, herbs, vegetables and fruit. In that time I've made connections with some of the local vendors who I really enjoy seeing each week. This week one market vendor kindly gifted me a Trinidadian cook book!
